About Us

Katrina Van Dopp has coached, trained, and led

leadership teams, business owners and

entrepreneurs for more than 20 years. As a dynamic

speaker, trainer, coach and author, Katrina

inspires people to be their best on the outside and,

more importantly, on the inside.

Some of Katrina’s clients have included: numerous

U.S. Federal Government agencies, Visa, Bolt,

Beranek and Newman, L-3 Communications, and

others throughout the U.S.

After a successful career in Corporate

America, Katrina turned her talents to help her clients

achieve and excel. Her clients identify their inner

strengths and learn to live their best life. Katrina’s mission is to empower clients by

instilling the philosophy that “what you think of yourself on the inside is directly reflected on the outside.” She builds confidence and inspires forward thinking, so her

clients can be successful and savvy.

Katrina’s clients benefit from a wide diversity of training and experience reflected in a

BA in History (Randolph-Macon Woman’s College), a BS in Biology (University of

Connecticut) as well as a Master of Administrative Science in Business (a MBA

equivalent from The Johns Hopkins University). Katrina earned the Associate Certified

Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Human Behavior Consultant credential from Personality Insights.
